Last week, Year 5 had an exciting visit from Dave ‘The Bug Man’ as part of our rainforest topic in Geography.

He brought in a range of fascinating exotic creatures, including a blue-beauty snake, a scorpion, a gecko, a hawk, a hissing cockroach, a stick insect, a giant snail, and many more!

The children were absolutely captivated by Dave’s knowledge and the chance to see these incredible animals up close. Many even had the opportunity to touch some of them, which was a real highlight.

A fantastic time was had by all – a truly unforgettable experience!
