Year 3 have been working scientifically this week, and carried out an investigation to find out how different materials affect the stopping distance of a toy car. 

Through our investigation, we found that materials that are rough have a high amount of friction, so stop the car quicker. 

We are looking forward to continuing our Forces and Magnets science unit, and planning further investigations.
